About me
Hi, welcome! I define myself as "one-third-vegetarian". What this means is that my diet includes everything a vegetarian eats plus chicken as one of the three types of meat humans consume (red meat, seafood, and poultry).

I've lived in Turkey, Italy, and US, visited many countries due to my job, and have had a chance to try different world cuisines. My dietary restrictions combined with these experiences have allowed me to create my own menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Here, I would like to share these menus not only for vegetarians but also for those who include chicken in their diet list. Enjoy!
