Chicken kofte with gnocchi
Here is a meal option which combines two dishes from Turkish cuisine (kofte) and Italian cuisine (gnocchi).
Ingredients:
For kofte (Turkish cuisine):
Chicken (ground meat)
Eggs
Onion
Garlic powder
Salt
Bread
Mix everything and knead. Then take small pieces and shape them as ovals.
For gnocchi (Italian cuisine):
Boil the gnocchi for a few minutes in hot water.
Have tomato sauce on it.
